Bill retired in 2013 from his role as Executive Director, NSTU, a position he held for 6+ years. Immediately prior, he was an NSTU Staff Officer with responsibilities for pension and insurance services. Bill began his career teaching for the former Digby District School Board. Bill was previously appointed by NSTU to the TPPTI Board of Directors in 2005 for 6 years, and he was a NSTU appointee on the Investment Advisory Committee between 1993-2005. He also represented TPPTI on the inaugural Board of Directors of NS Pension.
